All dinners are three-course prix fixe and are served with a choice of one Salad and one Dessert. We use fresh herbs and vegetables from our Culinary-Leadership Garden whenever possible.
We have an ABC license so that you can purchase wine or beer with your dinner. We rely entirely on wine donated by Monterey County’s very generous wineries. Frequent wine you will find on our menu includes: Blair Estate Wines, Comanche Cellars, Hahn Family Wines, J. Lohr Vineyards and Scheid Vineyards.
