Rancho Cielo Welcomes New Leadership Team Members.

Rancho Cielo is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Leadership Team, Chris Devers, as Rancho Cielo’s New Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Irigoyen as Deputy Director.

“We are very excited that Chris and Nicole have joined our management team of seasoned professionals at Rancho Cielo. They both bring outstanding skills and experience to further build on the strong Rancho Cielo legacy of helping our students obtain diplomas, life skills, and vocational training,” stated Susan K. Black, Chair of the Board of Directors.

More about the backgrounds of the incoming members of the leadership team:

Chris Devers, CEO- Chris has a long-time connection to the Ranch. He is deeply invested in the Monterey/Salinas area and is passionate about contributing to the well-being of this diverse community. Chris grew up on a walnut farm in the Central Valley and understands farming communities and the challenges and opportunities they bring. His most recent position was Senior Director, Monterey County Office of Education, Alternative Programs. He is excited to join us and lead Rancho Cielo as we grow and expand our support and impact on our community.

Nicole Irigoyen, Deputy Director- Nicole is joining Rancho Cielo from the Monterey County Rape Crisis Center where she held the position of Prevention Education Director. She is dedicated to the Salinas/Monterey County area and has connections with schools and support services organizations throughout the Valley. She has been on campus at Rancho Cielo numerous times and is passionate about the mission and incredible work of the entire team and faculty.

Both Chris and Nicole will be leading Rancho Cielo’s efforts. We are very excited about adding these two outstanding individuals to the already exceptional management team. They are both very aligned with and committed to our mission.
