You must complete an application and pay the full security deposit to reserve the date. Once you have reserved the date and have a rental contract, you must pay the balance 15 days before your rental date.

If you are interested in a non-catered event on our campus, you may bring your own food and beverages. Copies of licensure are required for all vendors, and ONLY approved caterers are allowed in the Drummond Culinary Academy facilities. A $500 event refundable deposit is required to hold a date. Some restrictions apply. You may provide your own day-of-event liability insurance or purchase through Rancho Cielo.
