Rancho Cielo is a place of hope and opportunity, where we invest in the education, training, and counseling of young people in Monterey County facing challenges. In turn, they reward our belief with their success.
Immediate and Lasting Impact
With help from the community, we have expanded to six vocational education programs, including our Ag Technology & Mechatronics, Auto & Diesel Repair, Construction & Sustainable Design Academy, Drummond Culinary Academy, Welding & Fabrication, and Youth Corps.
We continue to increase our classroom spaces and focus on the five program pillars: Academics, Career Technical Education/Vocational Education, Case Management, Direct Services, and Enrichment Opportunities. In addition, we implemented trauma-informed healing practices and culturally relevant programming for our students. It’s all part of how we support the whole student.
