Friday Night Dinner Reservations

Rancho Cielo’s Drummond Culinary Academy is officially opened for dinner with a new class of culinary students. Guests have the unique opportunity to participate in their learning process, which is as much hospitality and culinary training as an empowerment journey. 

Choose from a seasonally inspired, three-course prix fixe menu, with produce from Rancho Cielo’s organic garden and honey from its apiary. Rancho Cielo is top-rated on Tripadvisor and Yelp and was named a Blue Zone Project-approved restaurant in 2020. 

New policies for this year:

  • A credit card is required to make your reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely.
  • We have a new cancellation policy: You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time, but cancellations/modifications made within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $25 fee per person.
  • January through May 2025 reservations will be available starting December 2024.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Estevan Jimenez, students prepare and serve contemporary California cuisine that speaks to the bounty and culture of the Salinas Valley and the students themselves.
