Dining at the Drummond Culinary Academy
We will be open Friday nights starting October 18th and running through June 5th. We will be closed November 29, 2019, December 27, 2019 and January 3, 2020.
A casual, friendly setting provides the backdrop for a wonderful dining experience for you at the hands of our student trainees. Under the direction of Executive Chef, Estevan Jimenez ("EJ") the Drummond Culinary Students prepare and serve the meals. Serving “real customers” is the best way to prepare our students for successful careers in Monterey County’s Hospitality Industry. The Dining Room is a unique and sophisticated setting, boasting a lovely view from the glassed-in outdoor patio. The 1,300 square foot facility accommodates gatherings for up to 60 guests inside, and an additional 40 guests outside.
We're open for dinner Friday nights with seatings available anytime between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm.

TAPAS ON THE PATIO, a delicious menu, available without reservations, every Friday night from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
