Rancho Cielo offers an alternative educational environment, with vocational training, life skills development and counseling services. In addition to the successful vocational programs already on campus, like culinary and construction academies, our non-profit’s Big Idea is the brand-new auto/diesel repair program. The Auto/Diesel Repair Program teaches students how to inspect and repair vehicles, especially tractors and agricultural equipment. These in-demand skills, paired with the safe and affirming environment of Rancho Cielo, set these students up for lifelong success and meaningful work.

Ag students get an experiential anatomy lesson
Some of the students in the Ag program got to experience a hands-on anatomy lesson. While on a hike at the Ranch, students found a pile of bones. They decided to try and put the puzzle together. Students loved the challenge!

First Ever Student Resource Fair Held at Rancho Cielo
On Tuesday, October 29, Rancho Cielo hosted its first annual Student Resource Fair. Students from the Drummond Culinary Academy, Construction Academy, Ag Vocational Center, Youth Corps, and Silver Star program participated in this great event. They learned about the many resources and opportunities available in our community. They also had a chance to win some awesome prizes.
