The World Master Chefs Society Dinner
For the first time in history, Rancho Cielo’s Culinary Academy will partner with The World Master Chefs Society for an exclusive 6-course dinner with wine pairings. Join us on Saturday, January 17, for this incredible evening as eight guest chefs from around the country convene at Rancho Cielo to cook with our culinary students.
Menu highlights include:
Foie Gras Mousse & Satsuma Marmalade on Brioche, Pan-Seared Shrimp Provencal with Chardonnay Butter, Pork Belly Mosaic with Parsnip Potato Puree, Rosewood Wagyu with Carrot Ginger Jam, White Chocolate Pot de Crème and more!
Price: $225 plus tax per person ($242.44 total)
